Open deep frying inside the State Fair Center of any kind is not permitted, unless the fryer is under a portable hood and suppression system. All outside deep frying located in the food trucks/trailers are required to be under a hood and have a K fire extinguisher on site.
BOOTH SPACE/EQUIPMENT NEEDS
Please indicate booth space and equipment needs.
All booths come with 2 chairs and basic electricity.
Norsk Høstfest does not take commission of any type from booth sales.
RV Camping Information
RV Parking for concessionaires is $200 for up to an 8-night stay. September 20 - 27. Concessionaires will camp in the West Lot with showers and restrooms available. Includes 30 amp power. RVs must vacate the fairgrounds on Sunday, September 28th. You will receive a separate RV Invoice.

If you are accepted, you will receive an invoice from Norsk Høstfest Submissions. A discount of $50 will be applied if payments are RECEIVED by April 15, 2025. Payments received after August 1st, 2025 will not guarantee your listing in the festival guide.
*Booth payments are nonrefundable.
